- Can I place an order without registering as a member?
Absolutely! You can place an order without registering. However, you won’t be able to track your order status or enjoy member-exclusive benefits. To make the most of your shopping experience, we recommend registering as a member.
- How do I register as a member?
After entering MINGTEH Food website, click the person icon on the top right corner. This will take you to the registration page. Select "Register," fill in the required information, and submit the form.
- Forget my password
No worries! Your email and password used at registration will be needed for future logins. For security, passwords are encrypted and cannot be retrieved. If you forget your password, go to the “Forgot Password” page, enter your registered email, and submit. A password reset link will be sent to your email after verification.
- Can I update my member information or password?
After logging in, go to your profile page to edit your information.
To change your password, click "Set New Password," enter your current password and your new password, then click update.
*Note: Once you update your password on the password setting page, the change takes effect even if you don’t save again on the profile page.

- Free shipping threshold
Free shipping is available for orders over NT$1,200 (no restriction on delivery method).

- If credit card payment fails
Here are some common reasons:
(1)Card not activated for first-time use.
(2)Incorrect card number or expiration date.
(3)Card has expired.
(4)Credit limit reached or insufficient balance.
(5)Issues with bank’s system.
(6)Simultaneous authorization attempt.
(7)Network disconnection during transaction.

- How do I use a free shipping coupon or discount code?
At checkout, click on the promo code field in your order summary, enter the correct code, and click apply.

► Order Cancellation / Returns & Exchanges
- Cancel / Withdraw an order
You may cancel your order if the following conditions are met:
(1)Order Status: Processing
(2)Payment Status: Unpaid / Paid
(3)Shipping Status: Preparing
(4)Delivery Status: Not Yet Shipped / Expired / Cancelled

- Return & Exchange Process:
Q1: I received my order, but it’s not what I wanted. Can I return or exchange it?
A1: According to the Consumer Protection Act, you have a 7-day cooling-off period. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Return shipping is at your own expense. If you’d like to exchange, an additional NT$130 shipping fee will apply. Opened products cannot be returned or exchanged. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted (including missing items).
Q2: I received a damaged item or the safety seal is popped. What should I do?
A2: If any non-human damage or packaging defect is found within 7 days of receiving your order, please contact customer service. We’ll evaluate the issue and send a replacement if needed.
To process a return or exchange, contact us via the website, email, or phone with your order number, reason, name, phone number, and shipping address.
